Seaside is launching a great new contest to help families connect during this difficult time of social distancing and self isolation. 

Each day on our Facebook page, we will be posting Seaside’s “Question of the Day”, where we’ll be asking our visitors to answer fun, simple questions like, “What’s your favourite movie?”.

If you’d like to participate, simply use your cell phone and shoot a brief 30-second video introducing yourself, telling us where you’re from, and letting us know your answer to the day’s question. You can then use the remainder of the 30 seconds of the video to say hello to members of your family and close loved ones who are unable to connect during this challenging time. The video will then appear on our local TV and social media channels, once you’ve given us your permission to air your video. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the video.

Imagine how it will brighten the day of grandparents, parents, family members, and friends alike when they tune into our Community TV Channel or visit our Facebook and Youtube pages, and see your friendly smile and heartfelt message.

But there’s more! At the end of each week, we’ll draw one lucky winner from our list of participants for a chance to win a FREE VOD family movie, simply by sending us your answer to the day's question. So not only is this a great way for you to have your say, and reach out to someone you love, but you could also win a free movie on us!
 
It’s that easy! Once you’ve shot your 'Question of the Day' video and it’s ready to be entered into our contest, you can send it to us by clicking on the button below and following the simple instructions when prompted.
